Protecting human data with humility and care.

Last updated · November 18, 2025

Ingenuity AI, LLC exists to curate human experiences responsibly. This document explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our goal is simple: treat every contribution with the same respect we ask from the models we build.

Collection of information

Information you provide to us

When you create an account on ingenuitylabs.xyz, we ask for contact details such as your name, email address, and organization so we can verify who is contributing data. If you apply to collaborate with us or complete payments, we collect the billing details necessary to process invoices and comply with tax law.

When you submit research tasks or provide feedback, we receive the files, annotations, and context you choose to share. If you invite teammates, we collect the names and emails you provide so we can send them secure onboarding links.

Information we collect automatically

We log transactional details about how you interact with our platform, including timestamps, project identifiers, and the status of submissions. We also capture device and usage metadata such as browser, locale, IP address, and pages visited so we can keep the service reliable and detect abuse.

Like most modern services, we use essential cookies and similar technologies to remember your session, understand feature adoption, and measure campaign effectiveness. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly without them.

How we use information

Making better models, responsibly

We use the data you provide to curate datasets, evaluate models, and produce analytics for you and other Ingenuity AI, LLC customers. We only process data under contract and with the safeguards outlined in those agreements.

Operational metadata lets us monitor reliability, audit safety incidents, and improve the workflows people rely on every day. We never sell personal data, and when we work with specialized partners we bind them to the same privacy and security obligations.

Legal compliance and disclosures

We may preserve or disclose information when we believe it is necessary to comply with applicable law, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of our users and the public. If we receive a lawful request, we notify affected users unless we are legally prohibited from doing so.

Your choices and rights

Control the data you share

You can request access to the personal data we hold, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request deletion when the data is no longer required for contractual, legal, or safety reasons. You can also opt out of specific research programs or marketing updates at any time.

Send any request to [email protected]. We respond within thirty days and will walk you through verification so we can protect your account.

Security and retention

How we protect your data

Ingenuity AI, LLC operates a zero-trust infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, and continuous monitoring. Sensitive workloads live inside isolated environments with additional safeguards and human review.

We retain data only as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, meet our contractual commitments, or comply with legal obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it irreversibly.

Staying transparent

Policy updates

We may revise this Privacy Policy as our products and regulations evolve. When we make material changes, we update the date below and notify you by email or through in-product banners so you always know what is changing.
